Do you feel like you are struggling when everyone else seems to be doing perfectly fine, or feel tired, burned out, and overwhelmed by daily life? Or maybe you often feel like you don’t quite fit anywhere, or that constantly trying to fit in takes a lot of work or leaves you feeling isolated.

You may wonder if the experiences and emotions you are having are even valid, or if you are just being too sensitive. Maybe you think that if you could just toughen up somehow, read another self-help book, or change your perspective you would feel better. Well, I’m here to tell you that your feelings are valid, and they are important messengers from your nervous system telling you that some healing needs to be done. Facing the extreme challenge of life without support can create stress and burnout that will continue to impact our emotional lives more and more intensely the longer we carry it alone.

Here at Welcome All, we heal together. Using counseling methods such as narrative therapy, relational neuroscience, and internal family systems, I will support you on your journey to finding love and compassion for yourself, making changes where you can, and navigating the aspects of life that are immovable with greater strength and confidence.

I celebrate the uniqueness and honor the very real challenges of people from all cultural, sexual, and gender identities, with all body types, neurotypes, and visible and invisible disabilities. The main goal of my practice is to provide a safe space for clients to learn and grow. Without safety, there can be no connection, and without true connection, therapy will be a waste of time and energy.

My passion is supporting LGBTQ+ folks and others living with minority identities, however, if this does not describe you and you believe I am the counselor for you PLEASE REACH OUT! I offer free consultations which we will use to explore if I will be a good fit for you. I currently provide telehealth services to preteens, teens, and adults.

Group Therapy

The power of healing and growing with a group of people with similar goals and experiences is special and unique. Check out the group therapy page to find out more about upcoming groups. ALSO it is important to know that group is often a great low-cost therapy option.

Individual Therapy

I mainly work with teens and adults with anxiety and depression, particularly those looking for support while exploring identity, neurodivergent affirming care, or alternative approaches to addiction recovery. I also enjoy working with parents of neurodivergent kids.

My goal with each client is to support them while learning to connect to and embrace their full selves and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and on their terms. Visit my “Counseling” page to find out more about my therapy approach.
